It clamps onto Metal triple flanged hoops ONLY (does not function with maple style hoops) and is adjustable for height- NO DRILLING REQUIRED. (spurs sold separately) Aprox. min height is 2 inches from the floor, max around 2 3/4 inches. Can extend from 3 1/2" to 5 5/8" tall.
