These are Black Plastic - a durable material. Place on your cymbal stand to protect the cymbal from wear caused by the metal to metal contact. They are made to fit a larger 8mm cymbal stand top. These Deluxe type include the bottom washer section that sits under the cymbal as well - it is built on to the top sleeve as one piece.
